ANAN made a big lot purchase for a total of ฿42.5 million of DTC's shares for long-term investment.
On February 5, 2019, Ananda Development Public Company Limited (ANAN) had made an announcement that the company purchased 42,500,000 shares in Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (DTC), equivalent to 5% from the total shares of 850,000,000 shares at the price of ฿12.00/share (higher than the closing price at ฿11.40/share) or amounting to ฿510 million for the purpose of long-term investment.
