PREB Buys Town in Town Area to Develop ฿750M. Condominium Project

Pre-Built Public Company Limited “PREB” has announced that the company’s subsidiary, P&P Asset Group Co., Ltd., which PREB holds 49% stakes, has made a 2-2-28.0 rai land purchasing on Town in Town, Ramkhamhaeng Road to develop a condominium, consisting of two buildings with eight floors each and 344 units.
The project has 750 million baht in value, and will transfer the right of ownership and recognize revenue in 2021. PREB will be benefited from share of profit from investment in proportion.
