“Prasert” & Co. Pay ฿500M. for the Fine over the Case of BA’s Share Manipulation
Mr. Prasert Prasarttong-Osoth, Ms. Poramaporn Prasarttong-Osoth, and Mrs. Narumol Jainaknan comply with the prosecution over the case of share manipulation of BA and pay a total of 499.45 million baht for the fine.
The Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced the prosecution regarding the share manipulation of Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited (BA) by fining a total of 499.45 million baht on three individuals: Mr. Prasert Prasarttong-Osoth, Ms. Poramaporn Prasarttong-Osoth and Mrs. Narumol Jainaknan.
On February 8, 2019, three individuals complied with the prosecution and settle the fine. Mr. Prasert Prasarttong-Osoth paid 257,284,350 baht, Ms. Poramaporn Prasarttong-Osoth paid 235,036,775 baht, and Mrs. Narumol Jainaknan paid 7,126,800 baht.
