High Sales Send IVL’s 2018 Profit to Soar 27% with Acquisition of 12 Overseas Companies
IVL has reported a 27% growth in profit in 2018 due to high sales and operating income.
Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL) has reported its consolidated financial statement 2018 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows:
IVL announced a profit of THB 26,465 million in 2018, increased 26.73% YoY mainly due to high sales and operating income. The company had acquired a total of 12 overseas companies in 2018.
In addition, IVL has announced that the company is proposing a dividend payment from operating period in 2018 to the shareholders at the rate of ฿0.35/share in cash to be paid on May 23, 2019. The ex-dividend date is May 8, 2019.
