MILL has announced that the company has sold 19.99% of Ocean Supply Co., Ltd. to book 9,999,900 baht, proposing a dividend payment at ฿0.03/share, XD May 3, 2019.
Millcon Steel Public Company Limited (MILL) has announced that the company, through its subsidiary, has sold 99,999 ordinary shares or 19.99% of the capital registered of Ocean Supply Co., Ltd. to Ocean International Business Co., Ltd. for a total value of 9,999,900 baht.
Furthermore, MILL has also announced that the company is proposing a dividend payment from retained earnings to the shareholders at the rate of ฿0.03/share in cash to be paid on May 24, 2019. The ex-dividend date is May 3, 2019.
