RATCH Invests ฿8bln. In Collector Wind Farm Project, Expecting to Commence in 2020
RATCH has invested ฿8 billion in Collector Wind Farm Project in Australia which is expected to commence operation in 2020.
Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding Public Company Limited (RATCH) has announced that RATCH-Australia Corporation Pty Ltd (RAC), RATCH’s wholly owned indirect subsidiary, has invested in Collector Wind Farm in the Commonwealth of Australia through Collector Wind Farm Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of RAC.
On March 19, 2019, Collector Wind Farm signed binding debt documents with Clean Energy Finance Corporation, the lender, or a debt facility of AUD 179 million (approximately THB 4,024 million) to use in the Project’s construction and development.
Collector Wind Farm, with a capacity of 226.8 MW, is located in New South Wales, the Commonwealth of Australia. The project cost is approximately AUD 359 million (approximately THB 8,071 million). It is scheduled to enter construction in the first half of 2019 and is anticipated to commerce operations in 2020.
