Foreigners Maintain Buying Streak, Combining Prop Trade for ฿862M. amid Market Volatility

Foreign Investors set a 3-day buying streak, combining with Prop Trade for a total of THB 862 million.
SET closed at 1,659.09 points, dropped 3.04 points or 0.18% with a trading value of THB 40.7 billion. Market saw volatility after minutes of the Fed’s March monetary policy meeting released yesterday which revealed that Fed officials were leaving room for possible interest rate hikes by the end of the year but currently do not expect to make any changes. SET Index also received negative sentiment from China’s consumer inflation in March that reached a 5-month high on the back of higher food prices.
