SET Urges EARTH to Urgently Resume the Trading or Faces a Delisting
As the deadline repossess the qualifications in order to resume trading is near, SET has urged EARTH to urgently complete the process or SET will propose to the SET’s Board of Governors to consider delisting EARTH’s securities.
Regarding the suspension of Energy Earth Public Company Limited (EARTH) that the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) later has announced the company to enter the period for the repossession of qualifications in order to resume trading after EARTH successfully submitted the late financial statement.
Today, SET has urged EARTH to urgently repossess the qualifications in order to resume trading within the given date which is May 14, 2019. SET states that if EARTH fails to do so, SET will propose to the SET’s Board of Governors to consider delisting EARTH’s securities accordingly.
