NOBLE’s 2nd Mysterious Big Lot amounting ฿1.5bln. Appears! SET Halts Trading!
NOBLE's second big lot appeared earlier today for another THB 1.5 billion, totaling THB 191.34 million since yesterday. SET has ordered a halt.
Earlier today, the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) had posted Halt (H) sign on Noble Development Public Company Limited (NOBLE) due to an unexplainable big lot transactions on April 24, 2019, as the big lot exceeded 25% of its paid-up capital and might affect on trading of its securities and investment decision.
A total of 70,459,599 shares were traded yesterday, totalling THB 918.79 million at the average of THB 13.04/share.
However, before SET was able to post H sign, the second big lot appeared today with three transactions at the amount of 120,883,344 shares, totalling THB 1,576.32 million at the average of THB 13.04/shares. Currently, the total of transaction since yesterday is 191.34 million or 41.92% of paid-up capital.
