ORI’s Under Construction Condo Catches Fire! Eyes on the Effect to Completion Date

Reporter has reported that around 19:30 on May 3, 2019, a fire has occurred at one of the building under construction at Naradhiwat Rajanagarindra 9, Sathorn, Bangkok. @js100radio tweeted that the fire has been distinguished and officers are currently investigate the source of fire.

After a brief investigation from the reporter, it appears that the building is one of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI)’s project. The project is a high rise condominium, consisting of 43 stories and worth THB 3.8 billion. It is expected that the project will be complete in the third quarter of 2019.
