U.S. Claims Thailand intervene in foreign currency for advantage, Might add to a currency watch list.

Assistant governor of Washington claimed that the trading of the baht gain a trade advantage with the United States which there is a possibility of Thailand to be added to a currency watch list.

As this result, Ms.Chantavarn Sucharitaku, assistant governor for corporate strategy and relations at the Bank of Thailand said Thailand does not involve to any foreign currency market to gain a trade advantage but there are some trade surplus of exporting good to the United State. Therefore, this might be a reason why the U.S will sood add Thailand in a currency watch list.

Additionally, Thailand is not the only one to be added but there are Russia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Ireland or Malaysia, which have large trade surpluses with the United States, might be in the a currency watch list as well.
