UNIQ’s Profit Raise 5% to THB180M from lower expense

UNIQ Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (UNIQ) has reported its 1Q19 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows:

UNIQ recorded a net profit in the first quarter of 2019 at THB 180.08 million, increased 4.72% when compared to the net profit in the amount of THB 171.96 million in the first quarter of 2018. The main business of UNIQ involves construction contracting and real estate development, and are mostly carried on in the single geographic area of Thailand. Moreover, the income from the other business has also affected to a net profit of this quarter which increased from the previous year at THB 18.8 million while the administrative expenses decreased to THB 206.3 million.
