TITLE’s Board Approve to Repurchase 15M Shares with THB 99M Starts on 31 May-30 Nov 2019

Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE) has revealed on 17 May 2019, the board of the director approved the share repurchase for financial management purpose with THB 99 million. The number of the share repurchase is 15 million shares at par value THB 0.50 per share or 3.41% of the total of paid-up capital which repurchasing will be processed through SET and the period will be started from 31 May 2019 – 30 November 2019.

The period of resale of share is 6 months after the completion date of share repurchase. If the company can complete the share repurchase before 6 months as reschedule, the starting date of the share resale will be 6 months after the completion date of the share repurchase but not over 3 years.
