The Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission has received reporting of acquisition or disposal of securities of Beauty Community Public Company Limited (BEAUTY) (Listed) from Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Krungsri Asset) which sold on 22 May 2019. The amount of the asset was –1.73% of the total voting rights and the total asset after the transaction was 4.09% of the total voting rights.
