KTB and KTC Jointly Invest ฿70M. to Establish New Nano/Pico Finance Companies
KTB and KTC have announced an establishment of two new companies at the amount of THB 70 million for operation in Nano Finance and Pico Finance.
Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited (KTB) and Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC) have announced an establishment of two new companies for operation in Nano Finance and Pico Finance.
1) KTC Nona Co., Ltd. has been established with a registered capital of THB 50 million, divided into THB 5 million shares at a par value of ฿10/share. KTC will hold 75.05% while KTB will hold 24.95%. KTC Nano will offer a Nano Finance service which will offer personal loan to natural person in order to use for career, credit limit not exceed THB 100,000 per person.
2) KTC Pico (Bangkok) Co., Ltd. has been established with a registered capital of THB 20 million, divided into THB 2 million shares at a par value of ฿10/share. KTC will hold 75.05% while KTB will hold 24.95%. KTC Pico (Bangkok) will offer a Pico Finance service (Pico Plus) which will offer personal loan to natural person at domicile or residence in province that the company head office was settled, credit limit not exceed THB 100,000 per person.
