FPT Declares a Takeover of GOLD at the Amount of ฿19.7bn.!!

Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (FPT) has announced to make a Conditional Voluntary Tender Offer for all ordinary shares of Golden Land Property Development Public Company Limited (GOLD) at the price of THB 8.50/ share in a total of 2,323,720,000 shares or 100%, amounting of THB 19,751,620,000 million. The offer period will be a total of 45 business days, from 5 June 2019 to 8 August 2019 for every business day, during the office hours of the Tender Offer Agent, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The purpose of this tender offer is the intention to expand the business into integrated real estate company, with its business covering real estate for industrial, commercial, residential purposes, and other related types of real estate, which would support FPT’s business and enhance the capabilities and competitive advantage of FPT and increase revenue without limiting to only the development of industrial factories and warehouses, resulting in the sustainable growth and benefit of FPT’s business in the long term.
