PPPM Asserts No Structural Management upon 3 Mysterious Big Lots Worth ฿115M.
PPPM has announced that the company has not been notified by the shareholders regarding the big lot transactions worth THB 115,384,000.
According to three big lot transactions of PP Prime Public Co., Ltd. (PPPM)’s share on June 7, 2019, for a total of 59,784,711 or 10.62% at the total value of THB 115,384,000 or at an average price of ฿1.93/share, equaling to the closing price of the day, PPPM has announced that the company has not been notified by the shareholders who made such transaction. Presently, PPPM does not make any significant changes in management structure and policy.
