The Next Gen of “Jurangkool” Takes NOK’s CEO Spot to Drive for Recovery Plan

Nok Airlines Public Company Limited (NOK) has informed the approval of the appointment of Mr. Wutthiphum Jurangkool, Director as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director and Mr. Pravej Ongartsittigul, Director as the Chairman of the Executive Committee. The effective date is from 14 June 2019 onwards.

Mr. Pravej Ongartsittigul, acting as Chief Executive Officer, said this is a good sign for Nok to have a major shareholder which is Mr. Wutthiphum Jurangkool to be a part of management. The change of management reflects the readiness and agility for driving the business recovery plan. Moreover, he also believes that it will help to build positive sentiment for both investors and customers.

Additionally, Mr. Prasert Bunsumpun, Chairman of NOK, informed that NOK has made a commitment to be the airline that matches all lifestyle for every journey. Recently, NOK has received a permanent and temporary Air Operation Licences (AOL) from the minister of transport.
