AOT Hikes 7% after Revealing 3 Airport Concession Contracts Worth ฿23.5bn

As of 4.20 pm local time in Thailand, the share price of AOT is at THB73.25, increased THB5.25 of 7.72% with a trading value of THB21,224 million. During the session, the highest of AOT’s share price was at THB74.75 and the lowest was THB68.25.

A raise of AOT’s share price might due to the effect of revealing the bidding results of airport concessions earlier in the morning. As a result, AOT would receive the minimum guarantee of THB23.5 billion, higher than the analyst’s expectation which is THB 11,000-15,000 million.
Nomura Securities recommends “BUY” and revise the target price of AOT to THB82- THB84 from THB70 while, Trinity Securities recommends “BUY” as well as the target price of THB75.
