EARTH states that it will file a petition to the Administrative Court of Thailand in a few days for temporary protection from SET's measurement of allowing suspended securities (SP) to be traded temporarily.
Mr. Sawin Chindakul, a Chief Executive Officer of Energy Earth Public Company Limited (EARTH), has revealed that the company will file a petition to the Administrative Court of Thailand in a few days for a temporary protection from SET’s measurement of allowing suspended securities (SP) to be traded temporarily on July 1 – July 31, including EARTH.
