SET Approves DOD-W1 to Trade in mai, Effective on 17 July 2019

Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has announced the approval of issuing a warrant of DOD Biotech Public Company Limited (DOD) by using DOD-W1 as a trading symbol in Market for Alternative Investment (mai) starting 17 July 2019.

The number of issued warrants is 82,219,263 units with the price of THB0.10 per unit and the term of warrants is 2 years from the issuance date (8 July 2019). Moreover, the exercise ratio is 1 warrant per 1 common stock at the price of THB15.75/share. The first exercise date is 29 November 2019 and the last exercise date is 7 July 2021.
