SMM has changed the company's name of “STARK Corporation” with a new trading symbol “STARK” to be effective from July 22, 2019 onward.
Siam Inter Multimedia Public Company Limited (SMM) has announced that following the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders’ resolution on April 11, 2019, the company would change its name, symbol and seal from Siam Inter Multimedia Public Company Limited to STARK Corporation Public Company Limited with a new trading symbol as (STARK) effective from July 22, 2019 onward.
