SPCG Cooperates with 3 Alliances to Sign MOU for Solar Roof Business in Thailand

SPCG Public Company Limited (SPCG), Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Company Limited (MUL), PEA ENCOM International Co., Ltd. or (PEA ENCOM), and KYOCERA Corporation, Japan (KYOCERA) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to cooperate the development of solar roof.

This cooperation of the 4 companies is a joint venture and establish a new company which the shareholding proportion is SPCG 35%, MUL 35%, PEA ENCOM 20%, and KYOCERA 10%. Additionally, the new company will be established after MOU signing on 31 July 2019.

The objective of this cooperation is to increase the performance and investment opportunities for the solar roof business in Thailand.
