DTC Founds “Dusit Real Foods” with 51% Stake to Run a Healthy Food Restaurant Business

Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (DTC) has announced that Dusit Foods Company Limited (Dusit Foods), a subsidiary of which the 99.99% stake is held by DTC, has incorporated Dusit Real Foods Company Limited on 24 July 2019 with the registered capital of THB 10,000,000 in which the Dusit Foods holds approximately 51% stake and Real Foods (Pty) Ltd. (a company which operates a healthy food restaurant business in South Africa) holds approximately 49% stake. The objectives of Dusit Real Foods Company Limited is to operate a healthy food restaurant business.
