EARTH Delays the Submission of Financial Report without Giving Any Time Frame!
EARTH had missed the deadline on July 31 to submit its financial report, saying the situation is very vulnerable while failing to give a time frame.
Energy Earth Public Company Limited (EARTH) has made an announcement on August 1, 2019, regarding the request on July 1 to postpone submission of financial report for the 3rd quarter of 2017 and for the year ended December 31, 2017 to be within July 31, 2019.
EARTH stated that the company is currently in the process of considering the draft of financial report by the legal department. Coupled with the current situation of EARTH is very vulnerable, with respect to the legal issues and concerns of minor shareholders. In this regard, EARTH has asserted that the company cannot submit the financial report within July 31, 2019 and will submit the financial report upon completion.
