HUMAN Takes Over “TigerSoft” Business, Expecting to Expand HR Solutions to Other Markets

Humanica Public Company Limited (HUMAN) has signed a definitive Sale and Purchase Agreement on August 13, 2019, to acquire a 100% stake of Tiger Soft (1998) Company Limited (TigerSoft).

The acquisition of TigerSoft provides an excellent opportunity to expand HUMAN’s existing market shares of its HR Solutions for different market segments. The highly complementary portfolio and customer base of the two companies will open up new upselling opportunities and enhance value to their customers by further enabling them to leverage the strength of both companies.
The transaction is expected to be completed within Q3/2019, subject to regulatory approvals.
