EGCO Offers a ฿3.25 Dividend Payment, XD Sep. 5, after Recording ฿3.94bn of Profit in 2Q

Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO) has announced that the company will pay a cash interim dividend payment of ฿3.25/share to its shareholders. The ex-dividend date will be September 5, 2019, and the payment date will be on September 16, 2019.

EGCO recorded a net profit in 2Q19 at THB 3,948 million, compared to a net loss of THB 2,364 million in the second quarter of 2018. EGCO suffered a net loss of THB 3,025 million in 2Q18 from the impact of lease income while the company was able to record a net gain of THB 3,958 million from lease income in 2Q19.
