BPP Pays a Dividend at ฿0.35/share XD Sep. 12, 2019

Banpu Power Public Company Limited (BPP) has approved the payment of the interim dividend from the net profits of the 6-month period from operational performance ended 30 June 2019. The dividend would be paid at the rate of ฿0.35/share for the total 3,051,021,700 eligible shares. The dividend is appropriated from the corporate income tax–exempted profit on which shareholders are not entitled to tax credits.

The ex-dividend date is on 12 September 2019 and the payment of the interim dividend is scheduled on 25 September 2019.
