RAM Invests ฿160 Million in “Nan-Ram Hospital” to Establishes a Hospital 120 Beds

The board of directors of Ramkhamhaeng Hospital Public Co.,Ltd. has approved the acquisition of Nan-Ram Hospital Company Limited’s ordinary shares in the amount of 16,000,000 shares at price of THB 10 par share, totally THB 160,000,000.

The joint investment for the purpose of establishing a hospital 120 beds located at 553 Village No. 4, Chaisathan Subdistrict, Muang Nan District, Nan Province. The budget of this project about THB 800 million and the project lies on the area about 7 Rais 60 Square wah. It is expected to start operating in 2023.

RAM purposes to join investment in good hospital project and expects to receive payback return rate about 10 %, which higher than interest market rate. RAM will receive a dividend at a preferable rate in the future. For the sources of funds, Ram will acquire the asset by using its available funds and financing from local finance.
