ITD Signs 2 Contracts Worth ฿3.8bn for Construction of T21 Rama 3 and Highway Route 35

Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD) has announced that the company has signed contracts to proceed with two projects worth around 3,790 billion baht in total.

 

Terminal 21 Rama 3 Project

ITD has signed the contract with LH Mall and Hotel Company Limited for construction works of the whole reinforced concrete building with seven stories and two basement including structural works, some architectural works, and external building works (to the exclusion of elevator work, building system work, exterior glass work, and aluminum composite work) with a total area of around 140,000 square meters. The period of work is 28 months and the contract value is 1,299,669,000 baht.

 

Elevated Highway at Highway Route No. 35 Project (Section 3)

ITD has signed the contract with the Department of Highway for the construction of prestressed-concrete bridge, repairs and extension works to the road surface on both approaches: Asphalt concrete pavement, drainage system, electric light system, safety equipment and other works as indicated on the special standard construction plans, along Highway Route No.35 Km.18+642.129 – Km.20+295.417 (about 1.653 km.) and at Km.21+500.000 (about 0.676 km.) The period of work is 1,080 days and the contract value is 2,491,000,000 baht.
