LPN Invests ฿474m for a Plot of Land in Taopoon Area to Develop as a Condo Worth ฿1.8 billion.
L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN) has announced that the company has made a land purchase for a total area of 1,345.80 Sq.wah at Tambon Bang Sue, Amphoe Bang Sue, Bangkok Province (Taopoon) with an investment of 473,944,000 baht.
This plot of land will be developed into a condominium which consisting of 1 building with 29 storeys approximately and around 710 units for residential and commercial. The project value is approximately 1,800 million baht, aiming to launch in 4Q20. Gross profit margin is approximately 30%. In addition, the transfer of the right of ownership as well as the revenue will be recognized in 2022.
