Constitutional Court Rules Over the Petition, Affirming “Prayut” Not Other State Officer.

On September 18, 2019, Constitutional Court rejected a petition from 110 lawmakers that claimed Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-Ocha is ineligible for office.
