Kaohoon Online has selected two stocks with a potential of high growth for investors to consider on September 19, 2019.

KSS – BGRIM

Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) with IAA consensus target price at ฿46.00/share. In the analysis, KSS states that BGRIM is one of the mid-cap additions in the FTSE rebalancing based on tomorrow’s closing price.

Moreover, KSS sees that 3Q19 and 4Q19 earnings will continue to register healthy growth led by full-year recognition of contribution from new power plants which started operations last year and in 1H19, which would boost capacity by over 40% yoy.

 

KSS – CK

Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited (CK) with IAA consensus target price at ฿31.00/share. The recommendation is due to the Economic Ministers may approve fresh stimulus through infrastructure projects, while SRT may sign a deal with CP Group at end-September for the high-speed train project that will link three airports.

CK is set to win construction work as it is part of the consortium. Securing this project will ease backlog concerns, while the recent share price correction suggests the weak 2Q19 earnings have been priced-in.
