PTT Appeals Supreme Court to Revoke Civil Court’s Order of ฿390m Payment to RPC!

On September 19, 2019, the Civil Court rendered a judgment to enforce the arbitral award that PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) to make payment of damages for the wrongful termination of sale contract with RPCG Public Company Limited (RPC) in the amount of 390 million baht per annum from February 1, 2012 to March 25, 2016 with the interest thereof at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the date of the arbitral award to the date on which PTT makes full payment.

However, PTT stated that the company respectfully cannot concur with the judgment and, therefore, will appeal the Civil Court’s judgment with the Supreme Court in accordance with the law.
