ASIAN Aims to Propose EGM with a New Company Name “Asian Sea Corporation PCL”

Asian Seafoods Coldstorage Public Company Limited (ASIAN) has announced that the Board of Directors has resolved to propose to the EGM No.1/2019 to consider and approve to change the company name from Asian Seafoods Coldstorage PLC. to Asian Sea Corporation Public Company Limited.However, after the change, the company’s symbol remains unchanged.

The EGM No.1/2019 will be held on Thursday 31st October 2019 at 02:00 p.m.
