Stocks in Focus on October 24, 2019: SPALI (Krungsri Securities TP ฿23.00/share) and TASCO (Kingsford Securities TP ฿24.40/share).

Krungsri Securities (KSS) recommends “BUY” Supalai Public Company Limited (SPALI) with a target price at ฿23.00/share.
KSS states that the reduction in housing transfer and mortgage fees for units priced below Bt3m each will directly benefit SPALI as those units account for 26% of its portfolio. SPALI is one of two property developers who will report net profit growth both this and next year. Other developers are expected to report slower earnings this year.
Kingsford Securities recommends “BUY” Tipco Asphalt Public Company Limited (TASCO) with a target price of ฿24.40/share.
Kingsford states that TASCO’s 3Q19 performance is positive when compared to its lower base on 3Q18, but might be a little behind when compared in QoQ. Still, TASCO is quite strong from the spread of asphalt price and higher oil price.
The company would be benefited from the new road construction after the flood while the international sales will grow continuously.
