SUPER’s 3Q19 Profit Jumps 1 Fold from SUPEREIF, Offering a Dividend at ฿0.011/Share

Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited (SUPER) has reported its 3Q19 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows:

SUPER had total revenue for the 3 months period of 1,491.766 million with a net profit of 1,160.912 million baht which increase 1,047.538 million baht or 924% when compared with the net profit at 113.374 million baht in the same period of last year.

The company had a profit from selling assets to the infrastructure fund in the amount of 1,289.923 million baht due to the transfer of net income from the operation of the solar power plant project of 17 Aunyawee Holding Co., Ltd. (17AYH) and Health Planet Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (HPM), 19 projects totaling 118 MW to the Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (SUPEREIF) on 14 August 2019.

 

SUPER also offered a cash dividend payment at ฿0.011/share on 12 December 2019. The ex-dividend date will be on 27 November 2019.
