BGRIM Is Set to COD Ground-Mounted Solar Farm Project in Cambodia within October 2020!
BGRIM has announced an investment in Ground-Mounted Solar Farm Project in Serie Saophoan, Banteay Meanchey Province, Cambodia, set to COD in 2020.
B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (ฺBGRIM) has announced that, on 14 November 2019, B.Grimm Solar Power 1 Co., Ltd. (a 100% subsidiary of BGRIM) entered into a share purchase agreement with Mr. Pramote Laocharoenwong (who is not a connected person of BGRIM) in order to acquire 100% shares of Ray Power Supply Co., Ltd. with the total share value of USD 300,000 (approximately 9,073,500 baht).
This is in accordance with the principle as approved by the Board of Directors No. 12/2019 held on 13 November 2019. In this regard, such share transfer is still in the approval process of the Ministry of Mines and Energy and relevant competent authorities of Cambodia.
Ray Power Supply has been granted the right to develop a ground-mounted solar farm project in Serie Saophoan, Banteay Meanchey Province, Cambodia pursuant to the power purchase agreement for 30 Megawatts with Electricite Du Cambodge (EDC) with the term of 20 years. The scheduled commercial operation date is within October 2020. This project is being developed in order to achieve the mentioned investment objective.
