Thailand’s CPI Rises 0.21% in November, Missing Estimation of 0.3%

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has announced that Thailand November’s Consumer Prices Index rose 0.21% YoY, missed an earlier estimation at 0.3%.
When compared to the previous quarter, CPI declined 0.13% while core CPI rose 0.47% YoY, in line with the estimation. Due to the current circumstance amid the economic slowdown, the Bank of Thailand stated that the bank is seeking to narrow the CPI target for 2020.
