FORTH Acquires a ฿1.15bn Project from MEA to Construct a Smart Metro Grid System

Forth Corporation Public Company Limited (FORTH) has announced on December 4, 2019, that the company and Yip In Tsoi Joint Venture received a purchase order to construct a Smart Metro Grid system from Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA). The value of the project is Baht 1,149,876,793 and the work is scheduled to be completed within 900 days after the date of signing the contract. FORTH has a 50% interest in the joint venture and Yip In Tsoi Company Limited has a 50% interest in the joint venture.
