KGI Securities (KGI) has upgraded WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (WHA) from Neutral to “Outperform” with a target price at ฿5.00/share.
KGI sees that WHA is well positioned as it is a fully integrated industrial and logistics developer. This would allow the company to fully enjoy the industry trend. Meanwhile, being well diversified would balance its portfolio amid some uncontrollable factors. KGI rolls its target price over to end-2020 at Bt5.00, from Bt4.60, based on SOTP valuation method. On the back of benefits from industrial estate and logistic warehouse, the drop in the share price offers an opportunity to accumulate.
KGI Securities (KGI) has upgraded AMATA Corporation Public Company Limited (AMATA) from Neutral to “Outperform” with a target price at ฿25.50/share.
Despite missing its land sales target in 2019, KGI believes AMATA’s land sales could return in 2020 on the back of positive industry signals such as FDI and BOI applications. Moreover, the resumption of land sales in Vietnam would be a company specific positive factor to support its overall land sales. Flattish earnings growth in 2020 may not be attractive, but KGI believes this would be a chance to accumulate to reap the benefits from supporting catalysts in both the short and long term. KGI rolls its target price over to end-2020 at Bt25.50. With a good industry outlook and 25.6% upside to KGI’s target price.
