TCAP’s Boards Approve the Share Repurchase Program and a Dividend Payment at ฿4.00

Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited (TCAP) had made an announcement on December 16, 2019, that its Board of Directors had approved the resolution to enter the shares repurchase program through the Stock Exchange of Thailand for financial management not exceeding 6 billion baht and the repurchase shares not exceeding 97,045,970 shares or 8.33% of paid-up capital. The repurchase program will start on February 11, 2020 to August 10, 2020.

More importantly, the Board of Directors also approved to issue a dividend payment at a rate of ฿4.00/share on January 16, 2020. The ex-dividend date will be on December 27, 2019.
