NauticAWT Invest ฿70m to Acquire 35% in Rich Restaurant, Operator of “Chokdee Dimsum”!

NauticAWT, an oil and gas engineering group, had made an announcement to entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire a 35% stake in Rich Restaurant Company for 70 million baht.

Rich Restaurant Company operates a restaurant business and a Chinese franchise, serving dim sum, called Chokdee Dimsum, which currently has 24 branches across the country.

This is according to the NauticAWT’s Board of Directors decision to diversify into the F&B business. The acquisition in Rich Restaurant Company could be the first step into Thai’s food & beverage sector.
