TRUE Picks Up the First Bidding Envelope for 5G from NBTC!

Mr. Takorn Tantasith, the Secretary-General of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), has stated that on the morning of January 3, 2020, True Corporation Public Company Limited (TRUE) is the first telecommunication operators to receive the bidding envelop from the NBTC for the bidding of 2600 MHz which is the best spectrum to turn to 5G.

Mr. Takorn also stated that parties who are interested in participating in the bidding can pick up the bidding envelope from NBTC until February 3, 2020, while the submittance date will be on February 4. The bidding will be held on February 16.
