Breaking News! Constitutional Court Rules the ฿3.2tn of 2020 Budget Not to Be Annulled!

The Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand voted 5 : 4 that the already-approved fiscal year 2020 budget will not be annulled due to the case of some politicians exercising voting rights for the others without actually being present at the parliament.

The Constitutional Court also ordered for a new parliamentary vote for the second and third readings of the 2020 budget.
