INTUCH Records a Net Profit in 2019 at ฿11bn, Offering a Dividend at ฿1.30
INTUCH reported a net profit of 11,083 million baht in 2019, decreased 4% YoY, mainly due to an impairment loss on satellites from THCOM.
Intouch Holdings Public Company Limited (INTUCH) has reported its yearly consolidated financial statement of 2019 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;
INTUCH reported a net profit of 11,083 million baht in 2019, decreased 4% YoY, mainly due to recording a gain on the sale of CSL in 2018 while recognized an impairment loss on satellites and related equipment in 2019 from Thaicom Public Company Limited (THCOM).
The profit contributed from Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (ADVANC) was 12,401 million baht in 2019, increased 3% YoY, which was offset by a loss from THCOM of 233 million baht, compared to a profit contribution of 59 million baht in 2018.
INTUCH has approved a dividend payment from the operation in the second half of 2019 at ฿1.30/share to be paid on April 23, 2020. The ex-dividend date will be on February 25, 2020.
