RATCH Records 6% Increase in 2019 Profit, Offering ฿1.25 Dividend

Ratch Group Public Company Limited (RATCH) has reported its yearly consolidated financial statement of 2019 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

In 2019, RATCH showed the profit of THB 5,963.28 million or THB 4.11 per share, increasing by THB 375.68 million, or 6.7 percent, compared with the profit of THB 5,587.60 million or THB 3.85 per share of the year 2018.

RATCH recorded a higher revenue in 2019 at 15,668 million baht, increased 6% from the revenue of 14,780 million baht in 2018. The increase was mainly due to revenue from sales and rendering of services (excluding fuel cost) which rose 34.2% when compared to 2018. Moreover, the company also recorded lower loss on foreign exchange at 132 million baht, decreased 84.7% from a net loss of 865 million baht in 2018.

In addition, the Board of Directors of RATCH had a resolution to approve a dividend payment on April 23, 2020, at ฿1.25/share with an ex-dividend date on March 4, 2020.
