GULF Issues ฿1.50 Dividend and Proposes a Stock Split to AGM on April 8!

Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (GULF) has announced the resolution of its Board of Directors to approve a dividend payment from the operating period from July – December at the amount of ฿1.30/share to be paid on April 28, 2020, with an ex-dividend date on March 5, 2020.

 

Moreover, the Board of Directors has considered and deemed it appropriate to propose to the 2020 Annual General Meeting to consider and approve the change in GULF’s par value from Baht 5 per share to Baht 1 per share in order to enhance the liquidity and distribution of GULF’s shares to investors.

In addition, such change in the Par Value will not affect the registered and paid-up capital including shareholding proportion of the current shareholders.

April 8, 2020 (Wednesday) is set as the date of GULF’s 2020 Annual General Meeting, which is to be held at 2.00 p.m. at Ballroom, The Conrad Bangkok Hotel, 87 Wireless Road, Lumpini Sub-district, Pathumwan District, Bangkok 10330.
