Stocks in Focus on March 3, 2020: SIRI and BCH
Stocks in Focus on March 3, 2020: SIRI (Krungsri Securities TP at ฿1.04/share) and BCH (DBS Vickers Securities TP at ฿19.00/share).
Kaohoon Online has selected stocks with a potential of high growth for investors to consider on March 3, 2020.
Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI) with a target price at ฿1.04/share.
KSS states that the share price was in free fall last week after tumbling below Bt1, due to concerns the Covid-19 outbreak would reduce foreign demand and business operations. This is especially because SIRI has relatively higher leverage than peers. However, KSS opines the correction is excessive as the stock is trading at only 0.3x P//BV and 6x PE despite solid 4Q19 results. Thus, KSS maintains a BUY rating for SIRI with a TP of Bt1.04 on bargain valuation and attractive dividend yield.
DBS Vickers Securities (DBSVS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Bangkok Chain Hospital Public Company Limited (BCH) with a target price at ฿19.00/share.
DBSVS expects BCH to continue its revenue growth in 2020F by 10-15% mainly from patients using the social security system, which had been forecasted to grow 13%. Meanwhile, BCH would not receive much impact from the outbreak of coronavirus as the decreasing number of Middle East patients were made up by the increasing number of patients from CLMV. Moreover, BCH expects to open two new hospitals this year.
