SET Halts Trading Session of TPIPL after a Big Lot Transaction of 47.34%!

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has ordered securities trading Halt (H) of TPI POLENE PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (TPIPL) after a significant information concerning the big lot transactions of 9,080,416,000 shares or 47.34% of its paid-up capital.

SET asserted that this might lead to a tender offer which is the significant information and affect trading of its securities andalso might affect investment decisions, however the SET has not yet been officially informed. Therefore, the SET has temporarily halted trading of TPIPL’s securities, effective from the morning session of April 2, 2020 onwards until the company disclose this material information to the SET.
